1. Age Policy

Evening Pool Parties: Allowing entry only to individuals who are 21 years of age and above.
Day Passers and Members: Entry to individuals who are below 21 years of age should be accompanied by their parent (An ID is required to verify the parent-child relationship)

2. ID policy upon check-in

Please be advised that all guests including children are required to present original & valid passport. For Non - UAE Nationals can check-in with either original, physical and valid passport or physical GCC countries IDs’ or Emirates ID and for UAE National can check-in with either original, physical and valid passport , Emirates ID or Valid driving license.

3. Cancellation Policy

* 72 hours prior to date of booking – 100% refund will take place
* 48 hours prior to date of booking – 50% refund will take place
* 24 hours prior to date of booking – no refund will take place, under any circumstances
* Day pass non-transferable.

4.Dress code

Appropriate dress code compliance: swimwear must be worn in the pool and the beach, t-shirts, leggings, or cut-down jeans are not permitted while in the water. No sandals or open toe shoes to be worn at the gym, no nudity including in the spa facilities.

5. Food and beverage

All guests are not permitted to consume food or beverages purchased from outside of the Saadiyat Beach Club.

6. Pets

Pets are not allowed.

7. Sunbeds

All day pass guests are entitled to use sunbeds around the pool and beach excluding members areas

8. Games and activities

Games or activities which, in the opinion of the Saadiyat Beach Club staff, are disruptive or dangerous to others will not be permitted.

9. Right to change operating hours/prices

The Management reserves the right to alter operating hours, day pass prices at its sole discretion without any prior notice. Guests are to be informed about these changes at least 12 hours prior to their arrival - refund to be granted in case guests wish to do so, in case club fails to inform guests in writing or via phone Saadiyat Beach Club will accept guests as per their confirmed and paid booking

10. Consent to filming, photography and posting on social media

By entering Saadiyat Beach Club, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Saadiyat Beach Club and its affiliates and representatives.
Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote Saadiyat Beach Club or similar venues in the future. You release Saadiyat Beach Club, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of photographs and video. By entering this venue, you waive any royalties of any of the mentioned, as well as waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the venue.

11. Couple Day Pass

Day pass for Male and Female couple only

12. No liability consent

Upon entering Saadiyat beach club your safety and security is your sole responsibility, Saadiyat Beach club holds no liability in case of injury or death
